Whenever you are making a big purchase, whether for dental work or anything else. It is wise to get a couple of opinions/estimates. Many dentist will do a consultation for veneers and implants for free. So you may not even need to spend any extra money to get a second opinion. You can get a second opinion from a friend of mine who has an office in Sacramento, CA. Joel Whiteman, DDS tell him Dr. Peter Pham DDS sent you.
If you are not happy with the esthetics of your dental work, it is best to let the dentist know right away. Particularly if you had crowns done. Hopefully the crowns have not been cemented permanently and can still be removed and the shape/size/shade can be adjusted. No need to sugar coat anything. Most dentist will strive to make you happy with the esthetics of their dental work. But if you don't say anything they will assume you are happy. About the lack of support for your upper lip, this may be due to bone loss in the area? Talk to your dentist about your concerns and ask him/her why things look the way they do.
It is difficult to see the white spots on the photo you uploaded. There is a particular product called ICON that can be used to remove white spots or you can redo the composite fillings. I would recommend finding a cosmetic dentist to go see. Composite fillings can be done to match an existing tooth shades with the appropriate translucency/opacities but the dentist doing the filling must have the correct composite shades in their office to select from. There are also composites that are made specifically to look more translucent. If your filling is not shiny after it is done ask the dentist to polish it to make it look smooth and shiny. Another option would be to have your teeth whitened and perhaps the white spots will blend in better and not be as noticeable.
Your gums growing over the healing abutment is normal. Having extra bone around your implant is a good thing. More bone surrounding the implant should make it more stable. Nothing to worry about there. Tenderness or discomfort in the tooth next to the implant after having the area worked on is normal. If the pain or discomfort persist over a week then it should be investigated more. An x-ray should be taken to check on the condition of the adjacent tooth to make sure it does not have any issues.
