From your photos it appears you have a hair cut style with relatively long hair. This is important because the hairs used to do a hair transplant either come from a strip of skin which has to be sutured (FUT) - which can leave a linear scar that is unacceptable with a short buzz cut or shaved head hair style. FUE leaves tiny dots which are very difficult to see. Both methods would work well well to fill in the hair loss you have. FUE heals faster and hurts less but the donor area needs to be shaved and that can take several weeks to grow to the length you are used to.

Female pattern hair loss - known today as Androgentic Alopecia - is the result of inheriting the baldness genes which are then expressed by exposure to androgen hormones- DHT DiHydroTestosterone in particular. Increased testosterone is seen 5 to 10% of women 18-44 who have PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome. Frequently in post-menopausal women the treatment with "hormone replacement therapy" also includes some testosterone which then accelerates the Androgenic Alopecia. The treatment for AGA is based on blocking testosterone at is source- (stop HRT with testosterone in it) and block the Androgen Receptor sites on the hairs by taking Sprionolactone. .Finasteride 5mg and Dutasteride.5mg  (5 alpha reductase inhibitors) which block Testosterone from becoming DHT are also used in post-menopausal women.
