I'm a bit conflicted leaving this review - not over being a man (tho I can't help wonder if that's their hole card, so to speak). Let me preface with "nurse" Sandra was methodical & caring with the materials she was alotted (tho I'd been calling her doctor w/o correction - fine). My complaint is RE 2 issues that need to be said; I came in just before new years & was given a quote for Jan. I called ahead as I couldn't make it & rescheduled yesterday for today. My own folley perhaps was stating I agreed with my official itemized quote, I just declined any ½ syringes as the breakdown made no sense. No issue was vocalize until I was in an exam room - when each whole syringe in that moment was priced up 100 reach.. when I give my word I stand on it, but something else else had conspired to be apprised here - not only this, but I was treated as a 2nd class citizen (at best) & made to pay for the complete procedure (notably above my 60 day old quote that had been confirmed 1 day prior) before any (I'll say staff) would treat me. I made it known I've been up almost 3 days, perhaps otherwise I'dve demanded management, or walked out on principal - those ½ shots must be their butter because they got it out of me anyway, howevert I ultimately received less for dollar instead. When I contested, it was brushed off & blamed on management as common procedure. I can't help wonder how many others would agree but stay silent. Hate to do this, but we have to stand on something - which I failed to do -& my sincerest apologies for entering your space looking slightly too blue collar for your taste, or to be trusted. Sorry nurse Sandra, u did great work, but this my 1st experience in its entirety was abhorrent - excluding not her professionalism, but mid to masterful work. Such a shame that deception & greed can on a whim so easily supercede what is right
