After loosing about 55LBS over the last 2 years through diet and exercise I ended up with a deflated body of loose flappy skin and actually think I looked worse than when I was heavier in some ways. I spent a long time looking for the right doctor that was safe, affordable and provided consistent results. I found some other you tube videos for girls who had gone to Dr. Pedro Puebla and were ecstatic with their results. I had a lot of loose skin, a boxy stomach, “fatty man back,” and a hanging flabby genital area. I absolutely HATED my rib cage area and kept accumulating hard fat around the area and inherited the “fatty man back” from my grandfather’s side. I had already had a breast reduction in 2015 and had previously had lipo that caused my abdomen to look even worse than before. Dr. Pedro Puebla is an absolute MIRACLE WORKER! He’s also the safest, strictest and cleanest doc in Mexico with ZERO major complications or deaths in 30 years of practice. His incisions are literally perfect and so clean cut. He took off 6lbs of skin on my front and back and took 4lbs of fat out. He put 2lbs back in my hips and butt to give me a nice contour I’ve never had! He also repaired my abdominal muscles and sewed 3.5 inches back together at two levels. I couldn’t be happier! I’ve been staying at a recovery house called Heal House in Mexico and other women that go to other doctors here tend to have complications from what I’m seeing. I’ve had general pain and stiffness, but no complications at all! This is a very tough recovery ?and not for the faint of heart. You are literally cut in half and sewed back together. Dr. Puebla is the MASTER of tummy tucks and you cannot go wrong IMO choosing him! He’s so confident and humble all at the same time. I’m so glad I went through with this and was in such safe hands in the cleanest and safest hospital in Mexico. Updated on 10 Oct 2023: Here’s how I’m looking 6 days post op after my 3rd lymphatic massage. Drains are still in, but draining significantly less now). Definitely still swollen. Bruising in my back is diminishing and I’m able to stand up a little straighter today. Updated on 17 Oct 2023: Drains and stitches removed. Pain is less in terms of the actual surgical sites, but now the back pain has kicked in from being pulled over from the muscle repair. Trying to stand up straight feels so difficult and I can’t walk for long distances. Updated on 25 Nov 2023: Feeling much better. I’m still wearing my faja and I’ve noticed I feel better with it on actually. Very happy overall with my result. I’m just hoping the swelling continues to go down on the sides of my abdomen soon.
Doctor does great work, I had a breast lift with implants a BBL, lipo 360 and Tummy tuck all at the same time and his work was amazing my recovery was great. Very professional, he performs surgery in Hospital Angeles and his office is in the twin tower which is perfect all in one experience. My life was in his hands and I thank him. His staff answers quickly, I would NOT recommend the HEAL RECOVERY, the houses always have steep steps there staff was very rude, they don't have a phone number. I would recommend the GRAND CARE they have hospital bed which you will need and bathrooms with rails. Trust Dr Pedro Puebla he is great! Updated on 16 Apr 2023: Very happy with results, this picture was about 6 months after I encourage you to also go to Facebook there is a Pedro Puebla dolls, I you will see more pictures of before and afters. I will post more pictures in future!…………………

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Puebla and staff. Very professional and excellent bed side manners. I had a tummy tuck and BBl easy recovery no complications. Flew into San Diego, his driver picked us up at airport and took us back. Everything went nice and smooth! Scheduled for round 2 soon.
I chose this doctor because he is safe, professional, honest, and his staff is amazing. His coordinator Stephanie is prompt in her responses and very thorough. My fist time meeting the doctor was when I walked in to make my deposit. He happened to be there and saw me for a consultation. He was extremely honest, thorough, and answered all my husband’s questions. He has never had a death or serious complication. We were also very pleased with his anesthesiologist and assistant surgeon. He performs the surgery at the hospital and not a surgery center. All of the staff in the hospital was very accommodating and helpful during recovery. Updated on 20 Aug 2020: 12 days post op. Got my drains removed. Can't wait to continue to see improvements. I haven't had any complications. Slight soreness on my back from lipo, but beside that nothing concerning to report. Updated on 21 Aug 2020: Feeling pretty good lately. I have been self-massaging and that has helped the swelling to subside. The only thing that is bothersome is the itching on my back and sides, I'm assuming from lipo. I'm also having a hard time finding a faja that is not tight on my thighs and butt but compresses the tummy. Updated on 24 Aug 2020: Every day the swelling does get better. I have started using the Kitocell Dr. Puebla prescribed . I love my bellybutton. I feel like it's the perfect size. I am excited to see my scar in a few months and how much it lightens. I do massage the kitocell into it for a few minutes twice a day. Updated on 25 Sep 2020: I just started working out on Tuesday. The fist day was a realization that I'm definitely not ready to do abs. I have been working on my legs and arms. I am still very happy with my results. Dr. Puebla's coordinator Stephani still checks on me from time to time. I appreciate the open communication and not feeling like you are bothering them. I would highly recommend him and his staff. Updated on 22 Dec 2020: I am very happy with my results. I can't believe this is my body. I wished for this for so long. Dr. Puebla, his assistant Dr. Julio, his anesthesiologist, Stephanie, his nurses, driver, receptionist all are very helpful and accessible. I would only trust him with my life, literally.
I had a fantastic experience with Dr Puebla and his team!!!! In November 2018 I had a tummy tuck, lipo and bbl. I went back again this month for additional liposuction. This Dr is extremely good and honest with what you should expect your results to be. I went into surgery weighing 217 lbs and he said he would do his thing but wouldn’t make me skinny, I had to do that on my own. I still went through with my surgery because I wanted my mothers apron gone!!! I honestly didn’t even care about getting the bbl. I am extremely happy with my results and with the customer service I received before, during and after my procedure. His assistant is magnificent! Updated on 13 Oct 2020: Still absolutely in love with my results. I went back to him July 2020 for additional upper back lipo, he did recommend a bra back lift if I wanted to get rid of my access skin, but I rather have the skin than the scar.
Hello I am a 27 year old who is done having kids, 3 kids and all with c sections! I am ready to start scheduling my appointment and I have chosen to go Dr. Pantoja, i am super excited yet super nervous! Can anyone give me advice on which recovery home to stay at ? Any tips ? Thank you Updated on 17 Jul 2020: I had my surgery with Dr. Puebla on June 2020, and let me just say from his team picking me up from the San Diego airport to his nurses , his assistant, they were all so professional and nice and informative. I was so nervous going to Tijuana all on my own and having a big surgery, but once I met his assistant and dr. Puebla, I knew I was in the best hands, I felt so comfortable going into surgery! I am loving my results and I know it will just get better, thank you Dr. Puebla and his team for making me feel confident in my own skin!
almost died after having surgery with Dr. PUEBLA at hospital Angeles and used heal recovery home. I know most people like him, but beware of your safety. I am a medical professional in US and they didn't listen to me and I'm having severe issues and they are taking no accountability. I was told I wouldn't be seen til next day 8am, I asked to be seen same day they refused. I left TJ and flew back to US where i was diagnosed with wound dehisence from TT, hemmoraghic shock from TT site, and septic shock from BOTH breasts. I express concerns throughout whole.hospital and recovery home stay and was told everything was normal, was in severe pain the most in my whole life and they didnt give me any adequate meds. I'm glad I stopped doubting myself and went to the US to seek treatment. I was hospitalized for 15 days after and still need tons of treatment and off work time. Ask any doctor you see what is their process for managing specific postop complications.
This is the beginning. The research stage. The stage where anything that I choose can dramatically change the story that I’m writing. Let’s start on how my body became shit wrecked. I got pregnant with twins, I had a uterine rupture at 28 weeks and 1 day. I have a very gnarly emergency c section scar. It doesn’t bother me, it’s a fair trade. I’m alive and I almost wasn’t. This scar is a reminder that I’m worthy of living. That isn’t what did it though. When my twins were 6 months old, one of them was diagnosed with a brain tumor. That is its own special brand of hell. There is nothing worse in this world than knowing your money, your words, everything you can offer materially really, is useless. That’s where faith comes in. You start to have strong beliefs in God when you have no one else to turn to. He does listen. You’re worthy of love. Luckily, God pointed me to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. They saved my daughter’s life. She is a living, breathing, miracle. That place is every bit as amazing as they claim to be. We love them. My daughter is 1 year out of treatment- they said that if the thing was going to come back, it already would have. No guarantees though. Oh right, how the body got [RS bleep}. For a year and a half before we were at St. Jude, I was living in a hospital room with her in Ohio. I was too afraid to leave the room because any mistake no matter how small could have killed my daughter. I gained weight like crazy. Hospital food and trash tv were my only sources of comfort and boy did it show. I gained 90 lbs while I was with her at that hospital. When we went to St. Jude, I started to lose all of the weight that I’d gained. I’m about 25-30 lbs away from my goal of 125. It’s been a full year since I’ve lost all of that extra weight. I have saggy skin (sort of) and fat in fun places. My husband is a jerk, he likes shaking my lower belly at me. He’s being playful, but there’s nothing more that I’d like to do than to rip off that shelf of fupa and throw it at him. I researched a lot and yes, I’m aware of all of the risks that people claim you’ll have when you’re leaving the U.S. for surgery. I’m going to Tijuana. I’m going with Dr. Pedro Puebla. He’s a member in several associations and he’s board certified. I’ve verified all of this to be true, I’ve looked him up in all of the registeries. You can’t be too careful. He performs surgeries in Hospital Angeles in Tijuana. The hospital itself only has 3.5 stars but the hospital that saved my life here in Ohio when I had my uterine rupture is 3.3. Hospital Angeles is .2 rated better than my Ohio hospital. In the reviews there is a woman who was very seriously botched by a surgeon during a mommy makeover. That was NOT my doctor who botched her, but I thought I’d point it out if you happened to see it in the hospital reviews. Go look at it, this is why you have to read everything. The hospital is roughly 5-7 miles away from the border. They’ll tell you that the nearby hotels are where you could stay- the ratings of the nearby hotels don’t seem like the route to go. They seem overly traveled, overly populated, and the complaints about smell/heat worry me for infections. The only plus is it’s right by the hospital. I’m instead going to a recovery house. It’s called “Casa By Linda”. It’s about 12 miles away from major hospitals. They’re by the ocean, they’re priced about the same as a hotel, they’re staffed 24/7 by nurses who oversee your care, they cover your food and they cover transportation. They have the option of massages and other things that you can pick up while you’re there for an additional fee. I’ll review everything. I’ll take photos. I want you to be as informed, safe, and as happy as I will be. I’m bringing my husband- he’s a big burly red headed tattoo artist. My mother is a nurse and will care for my twins while we’re away. We’ll be staying for 2 weeks and will be driving from Ohio to California. The burly tattoo man is afraid of airplanes. I’m aware you shouldn’t sit on your butt too much after a Bbl. I’m traveling with pillows, compression stockings, etc. We’ll be taking many breaks and I will have waited two weeks before chancing it. You’re most at risk for bad things happening within the first 48 hours after surgery. Infections, embolisms, etc. That’s why I’m choosing a recovery house and I’m choosing the one with the highest rating who I can verify that is staffed with nurses who can recognize when bad stuff is happening. Some of your risks are in your own hands. I’ll update with “before” photos closer to my surgery in May/June 2024. I’ll post a lot during. Hopefully I can ease your fears about traveling out of the U.S. I’m not going solely for a better price- I’m going so that my husband and I can stay in a warm place and have stellar aftercare. The price is a plus. For slightly more than a tummy tuck and Bbl here in Ohio, I can get a more qualified doctor and two weeks of nurse care- ocean front- with homemade food. Should this go well, the biggest lie that I’ve ever been told is that you shouldn’t travel for surgery. Height- 5”6Highest weight- 210 lbsCurrent weight- 145-152I don’t smoke. I don’t drink. I’ve undergone anesthesia previously several times without issue. I’ll keep updating everyone. Updated on 17 Mar 2023: The surgeon who botched that woman at Hospital Angeles was NOT my doctor. I wrote “not” in the review, but it casually dropped that out and won’t let me fix it. Yay. My doctor (Dr. Puebla) has had no deaths and no serious complications. His receptionist has also been extremely patient with all of my two million and five questions. I’ll continue updating at all points of this journey. I’ll post “before” photos at some point.
To be frank, I've consistently used Marena products, and I must say, the compression and softness are exceptional. You'll absolutely appreciate it; it's nothing like wearing a typical uncomfortable faja—it's incredibly comfortable.
Certainly, for any liposuction procedure, compression is essential. Wearing compression garments after liposuction can aid in reducing swelling and trauma. It's recommended to use the compression faja garment for one month following surgery.
Hello, While an in-person evaluation would be optimal, based on the information provided and the picture you've shared, it appears that the ideal procedure for you would be a tummy tuck. This procedure can address both the repair of your abdominal muscles and the removal of excess skin.
The initial results of liposuction may be visible immediately; however, it typically takes around 6 months for swelling and trauma to subside, revealing final results. It's crucial to maintain realistic expectations, as liposuction only eliminates a percentage of fat and does not address loose skin.
Certainly, you can undergo liposuction following your arm lift surgery. However, I'll need to assess your progress and examine your final results beforehand. If there is still residual fat after 6 months from your arm lift surgery, then liposuction may be an option.
