TL;DR: GO WITH DR. COTA-REYES! He is amazing! Super talented, great bed-side manner, consistent follow-up, always available via text!

I am 31 years old and since I began puberty, I always had a noticeable difference in my breast size. One was a B, the other a D. One was perky, the other saggy. I was always self-conscious about the clothes I wore - never wore anything exposing much of my upper body. Constantly pulling up my shirts so I didn't show my uneven-ness.

I never wanted implants because I didn’t want anything foreign in my body so I was at a loss for a while. Then one day I came across a plastic surgeon on TikTok (of all places) and he talked about a fat transfer breast augmentation. I was hooked. I had enough fat to transfer anywhere and everywhere! And it was at that point decided I had had enough of hating that part of my body.

I took a few weeks to research plastic surgeons in my area (Las Vegas) and abroad in Mexico. I looked in Mexico City, Cancun, Tijuana, and Ensenada. I got 6 or 7 different consultations, and almost all of the surgeons wanted to do the surgery their way. I made it clear I had one goal: more symmetrical breasts that looked and felt natural. And Dr. Cota-Reyes did just that!

I understood I would not have 100% symmetrical breasts with this procedure, but I just wanted to feel comfortable wearing a bikini. I requested each doctor give me a quote for a fat transfer to one breast and if they saw fit, remove some fat from the bigger one. No breast lift. No areola reduction. 5 of the 7 doctors decided they wanted to present me with quotes that included either a breast lift, an areola reduction, or both. They were automatically disqualified. I knew I wanted a doctor that would listen to what I wanted. Out of the two remaining doctors, I felt best with Dr. Cota-Reyes due to easy and prompt communication, his ability to listen to what I wanted, and price.

We communicated about my surgery via Whatsapp, directly with Dr. Cota-Reyes. We agreed to do a full-body lipo: abdomen & flanks for the breast...and arms & back per my request. He scheduled me for surgery 4-weeks out and sent me a Pre-Op diet. It gave me enough time to plan my trip from Las Vegas to Ensenada (I drove down with my fiance). I was in constant communication with Dr. prior to surgery and I decided I would stay at least 2 weeks post-surgery for the recovery period.

Surgery went great! It took about 2-3 hours (I can't remember). On a pain scale of 10, I would say I was at about a 6-7ish for the first 48 hours. Then pain slowly started subsiding after that. Getting used to the girdle is hard, and you are VERY swollen. Main thing is that it's hard to get comfortable for the first week. Especially while sleeping.Overall, I would give Dr. Cota-Reyes a 10/10! I will definitely come back for any future procedures I want done! He also does fillers, massages, and facials in his clinic. I signed up for 10 Post-Op massages that I'm currently in the middle of getting! More details to come! :)

I highly recommend Dr.Cota and his staff. Everyone is very professional. I had a tummy tuck and few other procedures and my results turned out phenomenal. He’s very knowledgeable and experienced. Pre-op and post-op care plans are given so you feel guides every step of the way. Dr. Cota genuinely cares and directly communicates with you. I am going on 1-year post up and feel great. Thanks to his magical hands, I regained my shape and at 48 wearing a bikini. Thanks you, Dr. Cota!

So far really happy with my experience 1 week post op and everyone who does my post op massages says he did very minimal damage to my tissue with the canula I will update more later I’m happy with the results

Dr.Cota is amazing! He did a great job on my procedures and I appreciated his no nonsense approach to my very wrecked body. 3 kids...120lb weightloss...and post diabetic insulin injector...to say my body needed help was an understatement. He did a fleur de lis extended abdominoplasty with muscle repair. Almost 12lbs of skin removed. I also had a breast lift of 17cm with augmentation. 350cc implants. Everything looked great. I did have issues once I came home but not anything caused by my surgeon. I absolutely would do everything again!

I've had two procedures so far with this doctor, and I have been satisfied with both. Both the doctor and staff are friendly and communication is easy. I intend to revisit the clinic for future procedures myself and highly recommended Surgimed clinic to others.

I've always struggled with a chubby face especially with weight gain. I've contemplated this surgery for a few years, researched pros and cons. Glad I decided to do it and looking forward to end results.I made my appointment for consultation,Dr. Cota was very nice and answered all my questions. I scheduled 2 weeks later cor surgery. Surgery took an hour fo perform. It was performed under IV sedation. All went well,no pain until an hour later. Cheeks the most pain & neck lipo was sore but no pain from it. I could not eat so I had fluids and liquid diet consisting of broth,coconut water,yogurt,bananas and smoothies 3 days. Prescriptions given-antibiotics,anti inflammatory and pain medication

2 days out and my cheeks are swollen(chipmuck cheeks). My neck is a bit bruised and tender but overall not bad. Saw doctor today and got compression garment for my neck,that i need to wear 24/7 for a week then only at night. Scale 1 to 10 my pain is 2 and swelling is 7! Excited for end results and swelling to go away!

Here is a an updated photo of my chin/neck lipo and baccal fat removal. Cheeks are no longer swollen,incision inside my cheeks are healed and neck incision as well. My neck is less swollen still wear my neck compression at night,I'm making sure that skin sticks to avoid sagging. Also massage daily with Arnica oil as well as using LED light device to massage with!

I was recommended by several others and so pleased with his work, I have now ALSO recommended him. My surgrey was only 3 wks ago, April 3, 2017, and I look great. Everyone that seems me comments on how quickly I healed and how good it looks. I am 73 and look years younger!!

I've always been in great shape as an avid runner, but was never happy with my body due to my small chest size. I was a 32 AA...clothing really never fit be properly and I always felt like a child playing dress up in woman's clothing. Particularly, when it came to evening dresses.

I just wanna feel young & sexy aqain im 23 with two kids desperately needing sum ass lol im serious im 5'9 243 I was under the impression that I would have to lose weight for this procedure but I don't so that's a plus but im still going to try to loose atleast 40pounds before my surgery , i'm so ready for a change im 99percent sure I want DR Pedro to do my surgery I just need a little more info so I can know how much money I would need since I will be traveling from California
