Hi there! I am very interested in a rhinoplasty. I am 1/2 black &amp; 1/2 Japanese with extremely small eyes and feel like my nose just takes up way too much of my face. hello, unfortunately this type of device will not bring much results in your nose. Cartilage must be well structured in surgery, otherwise you will be dissatisfied. This type of device was already proposed 100 years ago and has never brought good results.

I recently came across something called nose up. Its a silicone nose shaping lift grip that is supposed to lift the tip of the nose just a little. Tho I have a feeling, ima go ahead and ask anyway...could this work?
