Dr. Frank is TRULY a great cosmetic derm. What makes him a stand out derm is that he cares about his patients and will not suggest any procedure that is not appropriate for you. When i met him in person, i was not disappointed. He is very approachable , listened to my needs and i highly recommend him!

EmTone Changed My Summer

I just got Smart Lipo today and boy, was the procedure painless. I have a moderate pain tolerance but the tumescent liquid infection was really nothing.
