Thank you for this interesting question.  In a word, no, Botox cannot reduce fat, nor can it reduce bones.  Botox can be injected into certain jaw muscles to weaken them, and thereby may temporarily shrink them.  This can lead to a slimming effect.  There may be a limited role for liposuction of portions of the neck and jawline to improve the appearance you are describing.  The face in may ways reflects body composition, and general weight loss and increasing lean body mass may lead to improvements.  Consider visiting your local cosmetic specialist to learn more about your options! 

Thank you for the question, and sorry to see this outcome.  72 units sounds like a pretty heavy dose for the areas described.  You should be able to see the final results within 7-10 days of your treatment.  There may not be too much your Doctor can do at this stage, but I would suggest contacting the office to discuss the outcome.  It is possible that you will see improvement in the position of the right brow before 3 months, perhaps as early as 3-4 weeks from now.  Hang in there.

Botox is optional, and there is no reason to not stop if you wish to do so.  While bruising can happen with any injection, heavy bruising after forehead injections is unusual.  Good sun protection and reasonable/affordable home skin care is important.  You may also look into micro needling treatments, or perhaps a laser treatment.  Managing facial aging is a long game, and will take time, money and consistency.  I think it's wise for you to step back a bit and gather more info before making any kind of serious commitment.

Thank you for the question and photos.  Lumpy areas can occur after lip injections, but the lumps and swelling should resolve shortly after injection.  I would suggest checking in with your Physician to get an update on what you can expect.  It is wise to avoid getting too much filler at one time.  Once you've lived with a certain amount for a couple of weeks, and feel motivated to get more, you should be able to do so.  Good luck getting the look you want! 

Thank you for the helpful photos.  The swelling is notable, but it is good to hear that it is going down.  You should contact your Doctor and have them examined if necessary.  It may be worth comparing the products used this time with previous treatments - perhaps something was added or changed that may be contributing to this reaction.  Best wishes!
