I was very nervous about getting a rhinoplasty and was on the look for a plastic surgeon that I was comfortable with and could trust. I also wanted a surgeon that specialized in the face. When I visited Dr. Garlich, I immediately felt at ease (as much as I could). I reached out to a couple of his previous rhinoplasty patients before scheduling the surgery, and truly only ever heard good things. I had a dorsal hump prior to surgery as well as a crooked nose. Now I am three months post op, and truly never think about my nose! (Which was the goal for me!) The surgery went wonderful and I had no post op complications. Dr. Garlich and Diane were there with me through each and every step - and I was not an easy patient! Their follow up process is incredible. If you are in Gainesville area, and looking to have facial cosmetic surgery, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! If you are considering this surgery, my advice is to stay off Google. I terrified my self of every complication rhinoplasty has to offer. All was well! The picture is 2 months post op!
