Smart Lipo Upper and Lower Abs/ Flanks

Today is the day I am extremely nervous. I hope all goes well. I am super nervous I could just throw up right now. I am more scared then anything. I hope all goes well. I will be able to update after my surgery and let people know how it went. I am 5 feet 2 inches and weigh about 175. I just had a baby 6 months ago and can't stand my body so this is what I wanted to do to have some improvement Updated on 10 May 2017: I was very scared going in. I though I was going to be in pain. Dr. Dreschnack was very nice and attentive. I was awake with local anasthesia and I barely had pain. The pain to inject the lidocaine was minimal. I was laughing throughout the procedure. The nurse was very nice and helpful and we all chatted until it was done. I am swollen. The procedure finished about 2 hours ago and I still don't have pain. He said he took out about 1500cc not sure how much fat that is because the solution was coming out with it. Now it's time to sit back and wait for results. Updated on 11 May 2017: I am in no pain just a little sore. I haven't drained a lot like other people say they do so I am worried about that. I am very swollen in the bottom portion of my abdominal area. I slept ok I had to get up and pee several times. Updated on 12 May 2017: Last night was very painful. I didn't have my back done but for some reason it was hurting badly. I had to take a Percocet in the middle of the night. I was out and about yesterday and when I got home my tummy was swollen like a balloon. Today I woke up and although swollen it is much flatter. I don't have bruising because I have been taking Arnika pills and bromelane pills. I am trying to go back to work on Sunday. I work and stand all day taking care of patients we will see how that goes. Updated on 12 May 2017: Not in pain just sore. I feel some lumpiness under my skin. And I also feel some numb areas and swollen areas. Updated on 18 May 2017: So I went in for my post op. During my consultation I spoke to 2 other ladies not my actual surgeon. When I left I was under the impression I was getting laser lipo which is why I did not go all the way with a tuck in hopes that the laser will tighten my skin. As days went by I started thinking about not remembering the laser part so I asked my surgeon and he said I did not get laser. He said it was tuscement method and I should still see results. He said I have to be patient as the swelling will decrease month by month. And he was surprised that I thought it was laser lipo as advertised on the website. He works there part time. I would have been more angry but he is a great surgeon with great bedside manors and has done work all over the world even reconstructive surgery on poor children in other countries. Anyway he said I looked as I am suppose to look for 8 days post op. My insicions are so tiny you can't see them and I can't wait for time to go by so I can get back in the gym and I am praying for my skin to do what it's suppose to do. I am really swollen especially after 12 hours at work and it hurts only when I bend down or if I have my compression garment off and start moving around. Updated pictures below Updated on 1 Jun 2017: So I am swollen again. One day I am flat the next day I am not. I am down 14 pounds from when I got the surgery. Just started the gym yesterday. I am in pain because of the gym maybe I went back too soon. With chlothes on I look 100 percent better than before. I am hoping to keep shrinking and I can't wait for the swelling to go away.
