Dr. Dipasquale is an excellent Dr. He is patient, kind, informative, knowledgeable, and makes you feel very comfortable. His office staff are absolutely amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend this office for a tummy tuck, breast lift and/or augmentation. I had a full tummy tuck and the results were amazing!!! My scar is hardly noticeable. He also removed a lipoma from my left shoulder, and that scar is hardly noticeable as well. My only regret is that I did not have him do my breast lift and augmentation in August of 2015. I went to another Dr. who I thought who had more experience, but now I am left with breasts that are smaller than what I requested and paid $8,000 for, my breasts are flat on the bottom(like they are sitting on a shelf) and my scars are horrible!
Dr.D is wonderful. He takes pride in his work, gives you an honest opinion and expectation. I've had two previous surgeries. I needed a lot of work. He took his time in helping me understand each procedure. I had two surgeries with him to achieve the best outcome and he was truly kind, thorough, and patient with my many questions.
Mor many reasons I needed a breast reduction and I am now a 36C and I am so happy with my results. I did not think I would ever see my breasts look like they did before I had children and nursed them and this is without implants. I have perky boobs again and I even drive through car pool in the am without a bra! something I never thought I would be able to do again. Thanks to his wonderful work, I can exercise and sleep on my tummy and not have the unpleasant issues that come with large sagging breast. Dr. D is absolutely amazing and his skills are masterful. I am so thankful for all his help. His bedside manner is wonderful, without even trying he makes you so comfortable you forget about being embarrassed. His staff is knowledgeable, happy and also makes you feel absolutely comfortable. His follow up care has been beyond measure, they do not make Doctors like Dr. D anymore! He is a gem and any patient would be lucky to have him as their surgeon. I am beyond thankful!!!
I am 48 and getting a BA with a lift (550cc silicone) and a Brachioplasty all at the same time, in 2 days! I haven't found anyone on here thats had all 3 done at the same time but i am still thankful for all the info here. What i am getting from on post op advice is, i will make sure i take my meds and make sure i poo asap and get 100% rest for at least 2 days then start moving and doing whatever the doc tells me. :-) i will try to write and post pics next week. Updated on 28 May 2015: It ended up being a 7 hour surgery. My arms are so skinny, but i am not liking the compression sleeves very much. I know they are keeping the swelling down but they are limiting my mobility right now. I ended up with 500ccs doc said the 550s didnt look great, but i have to so Whoa moma i have boobs again and i cant wait for them to drop. I cant do pics yet lol just cant manage taking a pic with these sleeves on, so looking forward to a shower. Updated on 12 May 2016: Will post pics later however, i am curious to know your thoughts. Have i bottomed out already because of something i did or didnt do? Could my sirgeon have done something more the first time around. I went back and talked with him and its been agreed on that i need a revision. Which means he will have to go in and "taylor tack" the pockets closed. I am feeling a little disappointed about having to go through another long surgery after only a year. My original surgery was May 2015. Updated on 27 Oct 2017: So after 2 years Dr. D performed a Taylor tacking procedure to close the pockets and to put the girls back up where they belong. Although one side needed more work than the other, I am loving the results! I do have nerve pain on that one side that has been a real challenge even though I am 7 weeks out. I am open to any suggestions on that. Valium or Valerian root works but it's not something I can take and drive. So when it's acting up I covertly press or hold the underside of that breast. I am excited that I don't need heavy duty push up bras!
