I had filler done at this Dr office by his nurse practitioner, Dunya Deiner. I had it a few times done at this office in the past. This last time Dunya hit a blood vessel. She went into panic mode and than some of the filler. Sent me home after taking aspirin and then told me to call. The spot turned colors and she told me come back to the office and removed more filler.I went back the next day and she pretty much removed the rest. Told me she would put it back but i had to wait for about 3 weeks. So i did return and she put new filler in, at first it looked fine she had me text a photo. I got bruising but thought nothing about it, but then it stayed for two weeks, after two weeks i went back to her and she said "no its fine, there is nothing there" blew it off, convinced me it was in my head (it was looking like a black line above my lips at that point )I figured ok it's just a bruise then, but it didn't go away. So finally after about 4 weeks time i made an appoint in the her office but with the actual Doctor there. He diagnosed me with PIH and told me to do nothing for 6 months. Around month 5 i called to see what I should do and the nurse told me i could schedule an appoint for microneedling and that might help (but it would be done with the same nurse) So i declined.Went to two additional Drs after that and both said, it is actually misplaced filler that i was dealing with and they could have just removed it if i got to them sooner. Nice , really? So go through months of hiding out (the black line looks like a black moustache not a good look). So now here i am upset , i look bad , tried a bleaching prescription that one of the new Drs gave me (but she didn't think it would work at this point and it seems she was right). The kicker was Dr. Ottuso did not do a wood lamp exam or he would have know this was misplaced filler But he did send me a bill for my co-pay of $95 (nice , really) and yes I paid him because i pay my bills.
