Had my surgery done with Dr P in the Dominican Republic, I arrived the Sunday night and was scheduled for surgery the Tuesday morning, I was picked up at the airport by his driver Relin and was taken directly to the lab to get my blood work done and chest x-ray done, after I was taken to the recovery home where I was greeted by the wonderful nurses that work there, one of them showed me to my room, she then said to me to pack some stuff in a bag because my surgery was going to be in the morning, I was shocked because I did not even meet with my doctor yet to over what I wanted and my expectations, I call Dr P and he said I shouldn’t worry I’ll meet with him in the morning so I pack my stuff took a shower pray and went to sleep. Around 6 am the driver came to pick me up and took me to get my echocardiogram done, after he drove me to the hospital where I was going to get my surgery. Upon arrival I was taken to the room I’ll be in after surgery I was given a gone then have a iv inserted. About an hour later Dr Patrick came we talked he went over the cost and I paid his secretary and she give me my stage 1 faja which my nurse would put on me the day after surgery. I waited and waited hours passed and I still didn’t get my surgery done, then around 3pm his anesthesiologist came and introducedherself and asked questions about my medical history, then after she give me the blue pill to help me relax. Around 5 pm I went in for surgery, they clean me up and then I was given spinal anesthesia by that time I was already fast asleep and felt nothing. I woke up a few times during surgery but it was not painful. When I woke up from recovery I was taken back to my room where my private nurse was waiting for me. I was very uncomfortable I could feel my legs for hours but my nurse rubbed them and took good care of me. I saw Dr P the next morning he came to make sure everything was ok and to get my hemoglobin checked before he discharged me, he also give me some medication and went over the ones I took with me. I stayed 21 days in the DR and saw my surgeon 3 times per week for post op care. And whenever I needed to contact him he will always respond his bedside manner is very professional and he’s reliable. He kept my drain in for as long as possible, he drained me with syringe upon each visit he was always in contact with my nurse after I left the recovery home as I only stayed there for 12 days which was included in my price package. My TT healed without any issues my scar is beautiful my bellybutton is perfect overall I was very satisfied, even my family doctor here at home was impressed and commended my Dr Patrick, I recently visit a plastic surgeon here at home for breast augmentation and even him when he saw my TT scar was very impressed with Dr P work. I had a Tummy tuck with muscle repair and Lipo to my back and sides in the DR with Dr. Patrick St.Louis. He left me snatched!!! The whole process was weird and lacked attention. Dr. P can definitely be more attentive post op and his office assistants can be more professional and informative. I barely received any post op instructions which made me feel used like they took my money and bounced. But I must say the results are fantastic!

what we agreed upon via a virtual consultation was completely different than what he suggested in person in terms of pricing and the procedures package which was vaser lipo 360 plus arms, hips and thighs lipo. My hips arms and thighs are the same size. His lipo didn't change anything a part for my belly waist and back. I travelled from united ,states to have surgery with dr P and my first ,appointment was very disappointing and humiliating. He treated me like I was nothing. As soon as I arrived in his office he took me in the back room and told me to undress and than started right away marking my body without even talking to me. Once he trapped me with his marker, he started an argument about price. He doubled the price and left me with no money. No Post care . After 4 days post up he told me that I was ok and ready to fly back to the US. Once you paid he wants nothing to do with you. The day after he told me to go home, my blood went down to 7 and i had 4 liters of blood transfusion. I never had a visit nor a call to ask how I'm doing.

I’m writing in concern about Dr. Patrick St. Louis and CIPLA. I received surgery from Dr. St. Louis and immediately after I noticed phantom sensations of someone touching me all over as well as sensations of someone spitting in my ears. I went to get a breast revision in September 2021. I had my breast previously done by Dr. Disla but because of a mole that metastasized I was advised to get a breast revision. I tried to go back to the same surgeon but she was booked; I also tried to go to Dr. Torres but what we agreed upon via a virtual consultation was completely different than what he suggested in person. I decided to go with Dr. St. Louis because of reviews and pictures on Instagram. He also did someone I knew about surgery. After I asked if I could laser the mole he said no I need a breast revision and he would follow the old scars of my previous breast lift. He said he’ll also throw in Lipo with fat grafting to the hips since I kept inquiring about it. Right after the procedure I immediately complained about the stitches/scar being higher on the right breast. He also gave me an full anchor breast lift which he told me he wouldn’t do and there was no need since I never had a child. I don’t know whether or not he did Lipo on me because I’m the same body measurements and weight pre-op. It’s 8 months and now the right breast implant (appears on the left in pics/vids because mirror-wise view) looks extremely smaller than the left side. It also sits higher and the scar is very visible. He said he could fix it but the prices he gave are almost the same amount as this surgery. While asking about the phantom sensations I felt immediately after surgery; he admitted to spitting on me. I provided the WhatsApp texts as proof. I’m currently unemployed from being an Caregiver and I can’t work gigs as a dancer or model because of my breast. I’m at the risk of being homeless because of botched surgery. I was going to stay at the recovery house, but I am bringing my 2 dtrs. I will be getting an Air BNB, so I am in search of a nurse to care for me while there.

I payed my deposit and booked my flight yesterday. I will go April 20. I had a previous BBL but it was much closer to my own country only 2 hours flight. I'm kinda nervous. I think dr p can be more responsive and more in details since I have no idea what's waiting for me when I arrive. How and where I see the driver etc.. I hope everything goes ok. Updated on 29 May 2021: Dr Patrick St. Louis just took my money and did nothing special to my body. I look the same almost. Also did he perform surgery on another lady at the same time as me? How is that possible? Someone else must have done my surgery. The nurses at the recovery house were just rood with no class. Food was shitty. They did not even explain to me which medicine I should take when I go, I woke up after surgery and there was no one in the room to comfort me or give me any type of information. it took them 2 days to get me my phone back from the office! It was just horrible and I did not feel comfortable or save at all. My breast incisions are still open. I wasted 9,000 for a bbl with no results and my boobs are still saggy. Updated on 16 Nov 2021: dr Patrick St. Louis is the worst dr ever My bbl have zero results but look at my nipples. I had nippe reduction and this is how it turned out. He doesn't care and blocked me on al socials. I'm a young girl only 20 and I'm already ruined for life thank you
