Very bad experience. I saw Patricia Ceballos (employed at the Upper East Side location of Schweiger Dermatology) in late July to have some moles removed. It has been over two weeks and she never got back to me with the lab results; nor has she returned any of my calls. Her staff is not permitted to send me the report until she speaks to me, so there is no way for me to find out what the diagnosis was. I have since read other reviews on other websites and I see the same complaints from other people going back two years. Her lack of follow-up is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I've contacted my insurance company (who already paid her!) to tell them they should take back the funds. I am also calling my credit card company to cancel the copay I charged on my account.
