I did not find Dr. Engeron was very professional. His office was ridiculously out dated. He continuously commented on how tight my pants were and was a bit "touchy." I work in the medical profession and would not recommend him as a surgeon. I had a tremendous amount of pain and had to stay over night for an out patient procedure because the pain was out of control. I believe my pain was associated with him being too aggressive to the point where I immediately developed a symmastia which can be caused from over aggression during the procedure. Needless to say, he did not repair my symmastia.
I was 25 years old with an A cup, I am very girly but I just didnt feel sexy because I felt like I was missing a very vital part of being a woman. I didnt want to be greedy about it, I wasnt looking for double d's or anything, I just wanted to feel proportioned. My doctor did a great job! On top the muscle silicone implants 533cc entrance area was through the nipple, and the scaring is so minimal that it's not even an issue. I had a pretty much painless recovery and my breasts look like they are the size I shoulda had in the first place a 36C. If I didnt tell you then you would never know they were fake. They have boosted my confidence. I just feel prettier and more like a woman. So far there have been all pros and no cons=o)I am about to get married and we wanted to start a family right away. My whole family has breast fed and I plan on doing the same, also I know that typically after pregnancy you tend to loose volume in your breasts, so I have two questions...1. What are the odds with over the muscle implants that I will be able to breast feed, and is is safe for the baby? 2. Am I more likely to retain the volume in my breasts due to the implant being on top of the muscle?
Things which I notice: the left nipple is a lot higher than the right, the creases under the breasts are pretty even, the overall shape is O.K., right areola and breast seems a little larger, the left seems to be bottoming out more, and you state they are silicone gel implants, but put 550-590 (which seems to indicate saline filled implants". When you lift the breasts, you still end up with skin (on the bottom of the breasts) which has previously been stretched and does not have the same holding power as "normal" skin. I think "roundness" on the top is achieved by overfilling saline implants, and not usually with gel. I would suggest you do nothing at this time. The sagging will continue and there will be less "roundness". When you decide to do something, I would consider doing a minimal reduction on the right (to try and even the size); if saline, slightly overfill the same implants; repeat the peri-areolar and vertical lift on the right, making the areola smaller; and take some skin out vertically on the left. If there was a horizontal scar in the creases, it may need adjustment. Good luck .O'Neil Engeron, M.D.
