In your case, the hairline can be taken down by approximately 20-25MM. So if that's going to be satisfying for you, it can be done easily with hair transplantation.

In general, it shouldn't be less than 10 days post operation. Again you should get back to your doctor.

The biggest possibility is that you are witnessing only the implanted shafts falling out, which is normal and shouldn't worry you as long as the roots are stable. This usually lasts for 2-3 months and then the implanted hair starts growing up regularly. Again I recommend consulting your doctor.

Of course it can be done. An experienced specialist would help cover at least 75% of the scar if not more.
