Tattoo removal has gotten less challenging since the invention of picosecond technology. Older nanosecond lasers were unreliable, caused scarring and took many treatments to remove tattoos. Find a practice near you with a PicoSure laser. It can still take multiple treatments but the results are good. Don’t give up, just be patient.

Starting with your lips, you have beautiful lips so no need for anything there. Your skin needs some good skin care and you could start with a peel followed by a home regimen   Healthy skin cells are plumper and will make you look healthier. As far as fillers, I would add Restylane Lyft to your cheeks and Restylane Defyne to your smile lines.

For Fitzpatrick type 4 skin you must use a Yag laser. This laser will target your dark hair and not harm your skin. Make sure you go to a reputable location with experienced technicians and physicians. 

Your lips are very pretty but if you wanted to reshape them a bit it can be done with a filler. Hyaluronic acid fillers are pliable and can give you a new shape. I use fillers from the Juvederm and Restylane groups.
