Kybella is a great option for a non-surgical approach. Keep in mind there is down time with Kybella, due to significant swelling post injection, which usually subsided with in 4-7 days. It is a great option for the right candidate. I think you will be a perfect candidate for Kybella. You will require at least 3 sessions. I personally love this treatment, the down time is definitely worth it. 

Hello! The injection was  quite a while ago, so it should not be painful any longer. Any generalized swelling from the injection,  should have come down already, as it generally does after 10-12 days. This bump may actually be a sign of infection, that would be my major concern here. I would recommend for you to go to your primary care provider to have the lip evaluated for further treatment. Treatment may consists of draining the bump and / or antibiotics or simply dissolving the filler.  Hope this helps. Good luck! 

Hello! This is actually common immediately or even several days post injection. Whether or not the upper lip that is uneven will come down to measure the same side as the other side, depends on  how long ago you got injected. Everyone heals differently, but generally speaking the lips decreasing in swelling completely after 10-12 days.  If your lips are significantly uneven after that time, you should make a appointment with your practitioner to evaluate the lips.  Hope this helps! also, please be sure that your practitioner is qualified to do these procedures. Hi Anna. I would say since you’re now 5 weeeks post injection, that the filler has pretty much settled in where it needs to be, and I personally don’t think that any more massage will be helpful. Looking at the photos, however it seems your tear trough has improved from where you started. You should make an appointment with your doctor and go over your concerns. Personally I feel you may benefit from slightly more filler with a combination approach which includes volumizing your cheeks to make the tear trough effect look more cohesive and uniform. It’s difficukt to tell with the photos , but your doc should be able to help you with this.
