Hyaluronidase action is a lot harder to control and less predictable than filling. Theoretically hyaluronidase works most effectively in the first hour and then the activity diminishes. In reality, the final appearance can change for a couple of weeks afterwards. You haven't done any permanent harm to your lips and they will improve over time. The hyaluronidase does break down your natural tissue along with the filler, so for a quicker return to normal, let your lips settle for four weeks and then have them refilled by an experienced injector using a hyaluronic acid based filler.
