I am writing this review to share a deeply concerning and distressing experience with Dr. Nitin J. Engineer, MD, FACS, following a procedure performed on July 29, 2024, which included BodyTite on the bilateral upper arms and FaceTite/AccuTite to the submentum and jowls. This surgery has left me visibly disfigured—both on my face and under my arms. Although I was initially told that full healing would take six months, I experienced a significant burn under one arm immediately
