A tummy tuck with a 360 liposuction would really tighten that stomach as well as give you a nice shape to your waist and accentuate your butt. For your breasts either volume through fat transfer or an implant with a possible mini lift would give you a fuller perkier breasts.

If you're looking to achieve a fuller and rounder buttock, then a Brazilian butt lift or BBL is the way to go. However, that issue is separate from cellulite and waviness of the skin. In fact, getting liposuction to harvest the fat for the BBL may worsen your cellulite.
Fortunately, there are other techniques that can be employed during the surgery that can help address and improve cellulite. These include skin tightening devices, fillers or fat grafting, and minimally invasive techniques to release bands that cause cellulite.
Ultimately, I recommend seeking the advice of a board-certified plastic surgeon for a thorough evaluation and recommendations.

To start, it is important to note that 9 days after rhinoplasty there's going to be considerable swelling. Therefore, you cannot assess the final width of the nose or shape at this point.
With that being said, sometimes a rhinoplasty surgeon has to place additional cartilage grafts along the dorsum or bridge of the nose which may make it look wider than it was originally in order to achieve the straightening of the septum that you need. Without knowing what your doctor did as well as the fact that it is so early postoperatively there's no way to know weather this increase in width has anything to do with the surgery or whether it's just swelling.
I recommend going back to your surgeon and asking what was done during the surgery to straighten the nose.

It is difficult to assess the degree of deformity and complexity of the reconstruction needed without an in-person evaluation and records regarding what procedures you have had done.
However, in general, reconstruction of the breast using fat grafting only will require multiple treatments and may not be possible by itself and often times needs to be combined with a lift, or implant, or flap surgery to achieve improvement.
I recommend seeking a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in breast reconstruction for a thorough in-person evaluation and recommendations.

This is a difficult question to answer...
Surgeons have various prices for BBL. Some will charge a flat rate for a minimal BBL, while most will charge based on the amount of liposuction being done and the amount of fat being placed into the buttocks. Ultimately, you want to seek consultation from a Board-certified plastic surgeon with plenty of experience in this technique.

This is NOT a rare issue with breast reconstruction. Certain techniques can avoid it, but sometimes it is unavoidable. And without being in the surgery and knowing more details it is impossible to say. The good news is that it can be fixed (either improved dramatically or resolved). Fat grafting and certain scar release techniques can help. This may be done without removing and replacing your current implants. Ultimately, I recommend seeking an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in breast reconstruction to get an individualized assessment and plan.

The incision in front can be made inside the tragus ("little bump") or in front of it. I find that inside hides the scar much better, and there are specific techniques that can avoid the flattening you speak of.
The incision behind the ear should not go too high as it will narrow the skin and potentially affect the blood supply and cause healing issues.
There are many forms of facelifts. There is no one traditional method. Most will address your concerns. The most important thing is to have the surgeon explain why they are choosing a particular technique versus another.
I believe you would do well with a full facelift with some micro-liposuction for the fuller areas of your face, and would suggest considering your upper eyelids as well. The two in combination will dramatically improve your "tired" appearance.

CAN you combine all the procedures? Yes, and some surgeons do, however, many do not. Why?
1) Combining the procedures increases your post-operative complication risks.
2) Recovery is much more difficult
3) You may actually have a better result by staging the liposuction and tummy tuck component.

The short answer is YES. Insurance companies are required to cover many aspects of breast reconstruction including symmetry procedures. That may include, breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift, fat grafting, etc... This includes Medicare.
Make sure you seek a plastic surgeon that is board-certified, has experience in breast reconstruction, and works with multiple insurance carriers.

The short answer is... yes, they CAN be done at the same time. The more involved answer is:
1) Splitting them, doing the lipo and BBL first will ultimately make your recovery easier AND potentially give you a better tummy tuck result as the surgeon can be quite aggressive with the removal of fat during the abdominal liposuction (something that shouldn't be done if doing TT at the same time).
2) The downside is 2 surgeries and a longer process
Ultimately, I recommend getting an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who can assess your goals and medical conditions and recommend the best surgical plan for you.
