Dr. Nicole is the Best of the Best!
I love getting my Botox from Dr. Nadel. She is so attentive and knowledgeable and prioritizes educating her patients as well as making them feel comfortable and confident. I really appreciate her “full picture” approach to treatment as she takes the time to assess my skin and other aesthetic concerns during every appointment. Highly recommend!

Great Experience with Totality Medispa
Dr. Nicole was very thorough. She made a plan for me and my skin goals, including tox, microneedling, and the appropriate skincare. Everyone was very nice and super knowledgeable. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in.

Liquid Facelift As a Man in 40s
As a man in mid 40's, I was looking for some help with hollow under eyes and loose skin. Dr. Nadel did a free consultation and was honest. I had a liquid facelift with filler being placed under my eyes and jaw line. Results were amazing. I have added a picture but this does not fully portray the change. Dr. Nadel is an artist with fillers!

Best Medical Spa with Talented Female Physician Injector
Dr. Nadel is a wiz injector. She corrected my botched lip injection from another medical spa. She spent 30 minutes listening to my concerns. I felt like a patient that is respected for once. Its great to have this amazing female physician injector that truly understand what women want. The plasma pen treatment is a miracle for tightening skin. My smile lines are gone!!!
