Hydrafacial can be modified to use herbal products. Those are safe to use in pregnancy and while breastfeeding.&nbsp;

Can you get a Hydrafacial while breastfeeding? I have been reading mixed answers.

It is okay to get a facial after Botox but I would wait at least a day before doing that. The risk of getting a facial immediately after Botox treatment is that the medicine will move into places where we do&nbsp;not want it to go which can cause complications such as eyelid drooping. If that does happen, there is no reversal agent for Botox, so you would have to wait until the botox wore off.&nbsp;

Can you do honey facial after Botox?

I always inject Botox while the patient is reclined.&nbsp;

The doctor had me reclined and my head turned toward her during Botox. Is that problematic?

It is OK&nbsp;to have Botox before your beach vacation. There is a small chance of bruising with and facial injection.

I have an appointment for my first Botox two days before a weekend beach vacation. Should I move my appointment?

Botox is used to treat dimpling in the chin area. It is given in 1 or 2 injections and it is quite useful for that. It is not given in the areas which you indicated with the arrows in the photo nor is it given to improve the jawline. All the best!&nbsp;

Hyperpigmentation (when&nbsp;skin become darker in color than the normal) is one of the most commonly encountered complications with chemical peels. There are several causes (inadequate sun protection,&nbsp;aggressive peels,&nbsp;sensitive skin, etc)&nbsp;and it is hard to say what the cause is without knowing more information, like&nbsp;your Fitzpatrick&nbsp;skin type or which chemical peel and strength was used.&nbsp;
Hyperpigmentation can be treated with over-the-counter lightening agents (such as&nbsp;hydroquinone 2% or cosmeceutical brightening agents like kojic, lactic, azelaic acids) or prescription medications. Most of the time, the discoloration will resolve, but in rare instances it may be permanent. Be patient, the process can take up to 6 months or more.
 I strongly recommend that you are evaluated by a physician who specializes in treating this condition.&nbsp;
