Very skilled knew exactly how to get the results I wanted I asked to add a slight arch to my brows I had treatments before and Dr. Nichols took his time and asked me about my desires Whether to lift my brows slightly and showed me in a mirror exactly how he was going to administer my “Botox “ he is a real professional
As we know facial rejuvenation has shifted in the past decade or so towards removing tissue and leading to further volume depletion towards volume restoration as you stated you don’t have prominent nasal middle of temple fat pounds involved in your lower eyelids and a conservative skin only tightening procedure would be reasonable in addition I often find Doing a SOOF lift Along with the dressing the lateral dissent of the eyelid with reinforcement of the lotto cancel tendon in conjunction with the repair gives patience than I do a long lasting result
ice time and massage will optimize the healing process ...any residual assymetry in about 4-6 weeks should subside secondary to the secondary swelling...if persists consider a touch up to optimize the aesthetic result ...I also find slow injection technique minimizes bruising along with immediate ice
the great news is that you can always elect to have a half syringe .4cc juvederm to enhance any treatment this assures optimal results !
