I've only had one treatment on my armpits, but it seems to already have lessened my 5 o clock shadow! I am looking forward to finishing the treatments and being hair-free. The facility was also very clean and the girls up front were super nice and helpful. The treatment itself didn't hurt in the slightest like I was afraid it might. Not even as bad as a rubber band being flicked on you (as most people explain the sensation). Definitely recommend this treatment and facility. I was also able to get in and out super fast. The whole treatment itself took all of 5 minutes!

I just started a laser hair removal treatment on my legs and so far it went great. I had no pain and no secondary effects, and personally I have zero tolerance for pain so this is fantastic. I won a CoolSculpt treatment from the American Laser Med Spa. I had the Cool Sc. on my stomach. I went in for a consult and my questions were answered. I was impressed with the knowledge of the staff and doctor. Measurements and pictures were taken. There was some discomfort when the session started but it was a 2 to 3 level. It felt more like pinching. The session was for an hour. The nurse put a pillow near my stomach to help with the pinching. There was less pressure once my skin was getting colder. I had a book to read to pass the time. Dr. Kanase came in to answer any questions and check on me. He was knowledgeable and patient. When the hour was up my skin was cold and numb. The nurse kneaded the skin to help with the treatment. I went to eat later that evening. My skin felt cold and numb. The next day my stomach was sore, like I had done sit-ups. It was not bad. I went to work and went about my day. I went to workout the next day. I like that Cool Sc. didn't interfere with my schedule. I didn't have the down time or recovery like a surgery would cause. I had soreness for the next 3 days but it was manageable with Advil. I had a little bruising but not much. Which was surprising because I bruise easily. The staff called to check on me. I went back for my 8 week appointment and had new measurements and pictures. I could tell some of my pants were less tight. It takes about 6 weeks or more to see results.
