Dear Cool, You have a ptotic breast and asymmetrical size . The only solution I see is a surgical breast lift
Dear Karey, Seemingly the neck skin wasn't dissected completely and that's why it's not evenly lifted. You might need a submental counter incision to tighten the platysma muscle as well.
Dear michelle, A chin reduction surgery as v line in both horizontal and vertical dimensions can give you more feminine lower jaw and I guess this is what you desire .Trying filllers can change angles but will add to height( vertical dimension) .
Dear mrs cagal, Well , it is not easy to make a full idea of your concern from the limited photos you posted. I can tell that there is a discrepency of age appearance between the chheks and the periorbital area. Something easy to smooth down the periorbital wrinkles, and reduce the contrast is botox. I don’t know if you had lower eyelid blepharoplasty or not, if you didn’t you should. Lip lift as well with perioral peeling will make the result more natural. If you want more accurate opinion , you can PM photos before and after.
I have done face lifts for sagging facial skin for patients 36 y old and younger with acne scars. Improvement for acne scars is very moderate. The reason is that on one hand already to have sagging skin at this age to deserve a face and neck lift is that the skin quality is poor, not very elastic, on the other hand is that the ice pick acne scars are due to contracted scar between the dermis in hypodermes ( fatty layer of the skin ) while when we do a face lift we leave a cuff of fat for skin viability, meaning we go beneath the small scars tethering the skin, hence the big ones can disappear and the small ones will persist. Best solution is subcision and fat fill in the same session targeting them one by one.
