I flew from Canada to Turkey to get a rhinoplasty for purely cosmetic purposes. It was a little difficult to navigate the hospital system because I don't speak Turkish but the nurses were all helpful and ready with a translator app. I had my ultrasonic rhinoplasty and the required one night stay at the rich hospital. The first 3 days were the toughest but by the 7th day I was feeling mostly normal. I had minimal bruising in the first 7 days and by week 2 there was no bruising.
