from the photo you posted I can see the depressed area only which I suggest filling it with fat or fillers 

It's always better to delay such procedure when ur having major event in ur life ,I think the best is to avoid sun,apply sunscreen regularly and I suggest applying a get called contractubex twice a day to the scar   Plus u can apply similar skin color foundation to camouflage the color change if it's still there by the wedding time ....and congratulations 

Yes it can be used there ,such as teosyl ultra deep or deep line.

 But of course it has to be injected deep 

,I would say it lasts longer compared to other brands, from my observation except if the patient is athletic it will resorbes fast

It's too early to judge  the result. It will take few mints to see the final shape .i advice to continue on pressure garment for 4 wks

Defenitly you don't have a tuberous breast even though you a large areola in relation to the size of your breast which can be reduced by a minor surery
