Hello buddy ,Both the drugs your have mentioned donot have any direct effect on facial fat.There is a chance of this happening if u have lost lot of body fat by dieting and workouts.,.or if u are doing preparation for body building competition.Fillers though they are an option,.not recommended in people lifting weights.U can go with autologous face fat fill.
Hello buddyBoth give more or less similar results. Little bit more of sculpting can be achieved by using VASER.Ideally i would advice you to go with the procedure your plastic surgeon suggested.
