Nadir Ali, FRCS(Plast)

Took me 8 consultations (10years ago) to decide on a surgeon to do my breast enlargement. Dr Ali was my first consultation for a tummy tuck and I set a date with him there and then. I’ve never felt more at ease with a dr in my life. Absolutely amazing dr. Results are fantastic and I cannot fault him at all. Changed my life

I have just had breast reduction surgery with Mr Ali and he was absolutely brilliant.when I had my consultation, he made me feel at ease and helped me in making the right decision after I told him what I wanted.The minute I came out of my consultation with Mr Ali,I walked into the next office and booked my surgery.I knew that I was making the right decision and that he would be the perfect surgeon to do my operation.When I went in yesterday for my operation,I spoke to Mr Ali again before my surgery was done and again he made me feel at ease as I was very nervous.I am now home and couldn't be more happy with my surgery.Mr Ali has done a fantastic job and I highly recommend him for anyone thinking of have PS.

Hi lovelies! I am seriously in need of some help! I went to see my PS at Transform, Abbey Pines Manchester, and he has advised that to get me to a full C/small D I choose between 275cc moderate profile or 325cc high profile. I am going subglandular as I am pretty active and also quite badly asthmatic so he advised he didn't want to go under which I am okay with.
My BWD is 11.5 my band size is 34 and i am currently an A cup. I am 5ft 8, 152lbs and a size 10.

I'd love to hear what you girls who are a similar build to me got, especially those with a BWD of 11.5
I am favouring the moderates but the most my PS will go is 275cc

Hi I did it I finally got my implants! I am 1 day P/O day case at transform in Abbey Pines with Dr Nadir Ali. I started out a small 32A PS gave me the option of 275 mod + or 325hp overs. Well I went with the 325cc as I want to look a good C. Currently in 34D sports bra so happy. Back has been a little sore when propped up all the time and bobs a little tight but other than that I am feeling pretty good!
