As an experienced Gynaecologist & Aesthetic Regenerative Consultant, let me start saying, all are useful. Thourgh Gynaecological assessment is important firtst to choose which of those to start with. However, one session is not enough, some will need 3 or more sessions. Also a combination between one or more procedure could be employed to get highest result depending on the degree & extension of LS condition.

I recommend you see an experienced Gynaecologist who is highly & broadly trained on all non-surgical treatments as well as performing surgical procedures to achieve the highest successful results safely.

Yes, O Shot is one of the non-surgical Gynaecological procedures to improve the diminished sensation and dissatisfaction during intimate relationship. The number of sessions vary depending on the assessment. Indeed, P shot is one of the best options to correct Peyronie’s curvature and improve erectile function too.
As a Sexual Wellness Consultant, myself, I used P Shot to get successful results among gentlemen with Peyronie’s condition (of different age, medical condition, etc) however, the number & the technique of P shot sessions depend on the assessment & the degree of curvature and whether associated with erectile dysfunction, whether to add shockwave therapy & other lines of options along the P shot.

Choosing the right procedure out of the list of the treatment options greatly depends on thorough Gynaecological assessment by an experienced Gynaecologist to guarantee achieving the highest successful result.
The options of treatment of vaginal laxity
1- Conservative ways e.g Kegel's pelvic floor exercises

Yes you can have G & O shot with RF (Geneveve) all in one session. That what I do if my assessment & care plan warranted that.
With G spot filler amplication, there is 5-7 days down time & all the other precautions similar to dermal filler injection elsewhere. G Spot enhancement with PRP or Stem cell do not require down time
Needless to say, these procedures are best performed by a Gynaecologist (for proper clinical assessment, case selection & achieving the highest possible success rate

Thank you for your question. I like the idea you are a loyal costumer to your local doctor.
My answer is NO. The dose increase should be according to the degree of hypertrophy of the masseter & if causing pain at TMJ. No matter the dose is, the synapses (the muscle/nerve endings contact points) recover back of the effect within 3-4 months. Hence, the need of repeat visits around that time.

Thanks for your query. From the 2 photos I really think you have nice feminine face! I do incline to use Botox to masseter muscle for sliming the jaw shape when caused by an over active masseter (with teeth grinding & pain in the TMJ with headache). But if the masseter is of normal tone, I do not see the point to inject the masseter (as it may unduly weaken the masticating function). In that case, I would look to the equality of the three thirds (and the high cheeks & the temple areas) of the face. Based on assessment, I might consider injecting HA filler into the chin area to make it more pointy & shape a feminine definition of the chin & jaw line.
As re: The jowls, they result from sagging of the mid face pad of fat with saggy skin mainly with aging or of hereditary predisposition especially with loss of weight. Nevertheless, it can be tightened by radiofrequency or other energy based machines in addition to fillers to the cheek areas if were flat.

Full medical history & full face assessment is essential- for the facial muscles especially those involved in smiling. use of fillers for lifting/volumizing the cheek area in a particular way will correct the sunken area subsequently. Fillers can be also injected to modulate the active group of muscles if deemed necessary. You need to see a highly experienced doctor to assess & provide the necessary fillers. All the best

Yes special HA filler is used for lips contouring, everting cupid's bow & volumizing the lower lip. However, full medical history is needed to ensure you have no contraindication & to take the needed precautions. Full face assessment is pivotal to decide on the lip work. The less is more.

The tired look has various causes including life style/pattern/hereditary, or due to loss of fat pad in surrounding area especially cheeks or protrusion of superficial fat under eye skin due to weak eye muscles. You are 42years, so there is a need reviewing of your life style, medical history & have full face assessment. if HA filler deemed needed, most cases would benefit from volumizing the cheeks 1st (when there is flat cheeks) making a big difference. Otherwise, filler is injected into the defective tear trough. other treatment is by Nanoplasma to tighten the lid & tear trough skin.
