I initially went to Dr. Karaca’s office based on a recommendation, and I realized how right that decision was. I had rhinoplasty and breast lift surgery. Before the surgery, he answered all my questions very clearly and gave me a sense of trust. On the day of the surgery and throughout the recovery process he was so supportive. Even though I had two operations at the same time, I was able to return to my daily life without taking any painkillers. Both my nose and my breasts looked exactly as he described and just as I requested—very natural. I highly recommend him. You won’t regret it.

First of all, my doctor is very friendly and trustworthy. I met Mr. Mustafa through my cousin, who had rhinoplasty done by him. Since the result was successful and beautiful, I confidently approached Mr. Mustafa about the excess skin around my eyes. I consulted him for my upper eyelids, and the result was very successful. There are no visible stitch marks on my eyes, and they look much more beautiful. I later returned for my lower eyelids, as I had some issues there. The surgery went very well, and the people around me were pleased with the result. I’m glad I met him. I flew from New York to Turkey for rhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Karaca and I regret nothing. Everything went according to plan and I have to say the hospital was extremely clean and very helpful staff. On the other hand his assistant Ozzy was available for me with questions and concerns 24/7 which I found very helpful being in a place I for the first time. Now when it comes to the nose itself, I was a little unsure how to go about it so I just gave him a few pointers but when I woke up after the fact I immediately fell in love with my nose. It is perfect for my face, there was no complication and I felt extremely taken care of. I am now on day 8 post op and my healing process has been super smooth. Long story short, I was treated like a king and I am now convinced that Dr. Karaca is very talented and I would trust him over and over again. Do yourself a favor and trust my first hand experience. My experience with Dr. Karaca was great. I visited from Canada, and was very nervous but Ozzy made me feel a lot better. I had a lot of shock after surgery but they made sure I felt reassured. My nose has healed very well, and looks very suited to my face. I also had lip, chin, and jaw filler. Dr. Karaca is very kind, and did a great job on my nose. I get constant compliments, and feel better every time I look in the mirror! Thank you, can’t wait to come visit again. Updated on 27 Jan 2025: I visited from Canada after researching many doctors, and I found Dr. Karaca. I am currently 3 months post op, but I am continually in awe of my new nose. The doctor and especially Ozzy took such amazing care of me. I had a couple bad days after surgery especially being off anesthesia and the shock of the new nose but they kept me calm and gave me all the information I needed to make sure I was happy. I had lip, jaw, and chin filler done as well and it looks very natural. I love my nose now, so I’m sure I’ll love it even more when fully healed. The doctor understood exactly what I wanted and executed it beautifully. Ozzy was so comforting and held my hand and made sure I felt safe, something that meant a lot to me as I was anxious and scared. Fantastic clinic, I couldn’t recommend more.

Dr. Karaca is an exceptionally skilled and talented surgeon. I had a very crooked and large nose that had made me feel insecure since I was 16 years old. Not only did he restore the confidence I had been longing for, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain the entire procedure, as I was still feeling unsure about the operation. He and his assistant ensured I had the best possible experience in Istanbul and took excellent care of me throughout the process. First of all, I have to say I havn’t met a smiling face like him so far. When I went to his ofice for consulting I felt very confident and understood. I had high expectations and tooo many questions, but Mustafa Karaca took his time and explained every question very detailed and realistic. He listens carefully to understand your asthetic goals. He didn’t sell fake dreams or blank promises! That was one of the reasons I decided to make my surgery with him. ?t’s been not even a week but I am already pleased with the results. The procedure wasn’t painfull at all. He is highly skilled, very calm and kind. I am glad and happy with my new breast! Amazing job! Exiceted for summer!
