I absolutely adore Dr. Maia and her team. They are perfectionists and I couldn’t be happier! She is hands down the absolute best in class. My neck lipo and neck lift procedure was done in office under local anesthesia, and I felt absolutely no pain (after the initial pricks from the numbing injections). My experience with Dr. Maia has been excellent on all scores. There is no more highly skilled cosmetic surgeon than Dr. Maia, in my opinion, and I have seen many over the course of my life. She is also highly ethical and will never encourage procedures that she feels will not deliver what you are seeking. If she feels she cannot help you, she will be straightforward in telling you so. At the same time, she thinks creatively. In my case, she magically improved my nasal projection

I am currently 3 days post op and I am loving my results so far! Dr. Maia did a beautiful job from what I can see and I can't wait to see how they progress over time. Trying to sleep has been awful, I'm not a back sleeper so adjusting has been rough. I can't find the correct angle that doesn't put too much pressure on my neck or lower back, still trying to figure that out. TMI, but I've been pretty constipated and bloated due to the pain medication. I've tried yogurt and eating
