I feel so terrible bad for you. Your abdominoplasty as dehiscence. You abdomen should not be open. I hope you are in the USA. I don't suggest plane travel. It's very hard for another Surgeon to take over another's work, especially when things don't go right. You maybe looking at a wound vac to assist with closure. You should not leave your Doctor if he doesn't have a accepting Plastic Surgeon to take over your care. You should make sure you are seeing a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon ! I wish you good luck !

First, Thank you very much for your question. I want you to keep eating well and going to the gym. Try changing your gym routine around. whatever you are doing isn't working so you need to add in something else, Cross fit has changed a lot of bodies.  I would also like to recommend to you something called Smart Lipo suction. Thank you for your question. Your scars will fade in time. I have to be honest what you are buying in the grocery store is not worth your money. The best treatment for scars is silicone. We use to have to deal with strips and our patients got every tired of using them. The FDA just approved biocorneum , its advanced scar gel with spf 30. It's also only available from your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon's Office.

There are several great brands of compression garments available now. You need to be measured, the garment must fit properly. My Nurse has mastered this skill ! We prefer to use Fajas D' Prada . Remember when the garment gets loose its time to go down in size !
