Im really looking forward to the operation as I have been thinking about it for 2 years , I went to my first consultation in 2014 and the surgeon told me I was qualified for having it covered by the government because of the tuberosity . I went on and went to the public hospital after being sent there and they told me I would need to get a breast lift and they would provide me with 150 cc implants. I really didn't want the scars that comes with a breast lift but I really wanted some fullness added to my breasts so I just said yes but now as it's so close to the date of the government paid operation I have changed to a private surgeon who I am paying out of own pocket as I'm feeling it's safer , and that he will do what I want. He told me he will loosen the constriction in my breast and put in high profile silicones above the muscle as it will lift them slightly. I do not mind if they hang abit since I feel like that is a more natural look. Will update on the day after the operation . Updated on 20 Dec 2016: So I went in and was a little bit scared but you forget all about that as soon as you get your anestesia. Now I feel great just a little bit sore . So I'm laying in bed and relaxing. I took a little peak and they look fab . Will Update with more pictures but for now with the bra on :) Updated on 20 Dec 2016: Here are the pics Updated on 22 Dec 2016: I went for my follow up yesterday and everything seemed fine , they are so hard and stiff yet but will take a picture tomorrow when I'm having a shower so you guys can see :) Updated on 25 Dec 2016: Feeling less pain now, and a little softening of the breasts . The left is a little less painful then the right , as the right breast was more constricted so I'm feeling the stretching of the skin more on that side . Im really happy with the result and can't wait for them to drop???? Updated on 25 Dec 2016: Updated on 26 Dec 2016: I just got myself and extra bra ???????? Updated on 26 Dec 2016: Updated on 4 Jan 2017: Updated on 10 Jan 2017: Today I went to my surgeon for a check up. He said they were healing nicely and told me I didn't have to worry about wearing those heavy band aids I was wearing because I was scared of the implants dropping out of the incision ????. So now I'm only wearing surgical tape. He also gave me a strap to wear for 2-4 weeks depending on how they drop , to make my right breasts lower pole stretch out more. I'm pretty happy about the result considering how I started out. But will update as time goes. Updated on 14 Jan 2017: Been wearing it day And night Updated on 16 Jan 2017: Updated on 19 Jan 2017: I bought my first bra today, measuring a 75D/34D . I was advised to buy a bra from Ipomia ( which are bras for women with enchanted breasts ) it's a metal plate in the front giving support and letting the implant heal in place. There are no underwires and it feels comfortable and stable. So happy to be a 75D:) Updated on 6 Mar 2017: They are already soft and jiggly
