In a word, the experience was: awful. The first impression one gets with Halem's office is being placed on hold for at least two minutes. After a confusing conversation, one finally gets an appointment. While at the office, you will wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on whether or not engineer work is being done to the two phones the office has, so they can confirm insurance. Halem will strip you down to conduct a skin test, and will urge you to purchase her personal products.
Here is where it starts getting TERRIBLE. If you need any assistance from her nurse, don't count on actually receiving your prescription for at least one MONTH. In order to get the prescription, I spent at least 15 hours going to Pharmacies, waiting on hold, contacting my insurance company, calling the office back, etc. I had to go to three pharmacies, FIVE times.
Every step was challenging. The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. I strongly encourage that you save yourself time, energy, and money.
