I highly recommend Dr. Dewan; it’s been 3 weeks since my transconjunctival blepharoplasty (with skin pinch) and I am very happy with my results. I consulted with 3 surgeons (Dr. Dewan was the first surgeon with whom I consulted). I appreciated his knowledge and sincerity at the initial consultation. No offense to the other surgeons I met with, but Dr. Dewan wasn’t trying to put on a show to make a sale. He was the only surgeon who I met with who did an eye exam at the initial consultation; he also asked me a lot of questions about my eyes. I felt like he cared about what was best for both my cosmetic “health” but also my eye health. I appreciated him being straightforward with me about the process and any risks. I also appreciated the time he spent answering questions at my consultation and once I scheduled my surgery. On the day of my surgery, Dr. Dewan was once again knowledgeable, sincere, and caring. After my surgery, when I had questions about post-operative care, I was able to email Rebecca and she would discuss my question with Dr. Dewan and quickly email me a response. My post-op appointment was great and now, almost 3 weeks later, my eyes look great. No more eye bags, and everything is almost completely healed, with no noticeable swelling. I am very glad that I chose Dr. Dewan as my surgeon.
