If you haven't undergone a septoplasty before, then you've got ribs that can be utilized to straighten your nose. If there is no rib, then rib graft should be considered. Rib grafting is not a complex operation as people usually think, so you do not need to worry. However, as already mentioned, if you have enough septal cartilage, then there is no need for rib grafting anyway. It can surely be better assessed if you could send us pictures of your nose taken from different angles. Finally, if your wish is to have functioning and esthetic-looking nose, then you should have both rhinoplasty and septoplasty.
