When replacing bonding, many times you can leave the deep layer that is on the enamel as long as it is not discolored or full of stains or decay.

Apicoectomy Stitches Left a Flap Of Gum

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Wait two months for complete healing of the gums. It is normal to have a less than perfect gumline after this procedure. The goal was to rid the tooth of it's infection to save it. Cosmetic periodontal and restortive work can be used to correct the defects to your liking after the healing period is over.

Simple: Do a bonded tooth pontic. Notch the adjacent teeth and place a small piece of paperclip gauge wire, bonded into the notches with flowable composite resin. Then bond a hand-sculpted tooth with TPH resin in a shade to match. When he is finished with braces, then go for the implant and use the method above as a temporary crown while the implant is healing.

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Two visits with three weeks in between the visits. Each visit is one to two hours. Make darn sure you are a candidate for Lumineers as they suck.

Lumineers for Teeth Whitening?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Yes, only if you have fairly light teeth with a touch of yellow (no gray or brown) and you have spaces between your teeth. They will not need to be bleached as they are porcelain.

I still would go for Empress, traditional prepped veneers. Lumineers have many problems.

Bad choice! You would be more likely to get cavities with Lumineers as they are bulky and trap food in places you dont want to!

No way Jose! The lumineers whill, chip, stain, crack and trap food at the gum line. Get Empress crowns or veneers and a night guard.

That's cause they stink! They are too thin, too clear and too bulky. You need todo Empress traditional prepped veneers like I have in my own mouth.

It all depends on your situationi. I feel it is always better to do orthodontics first for a young patient before touching a tooth with a drill.
