I believe that you will be able to achieve the nasal tip that you prefer. You will have to get your nasal tip higher and use the material that is sturdy, for example, the autologous rib will be a good choice for you to use. Of Course, we will need more specific reference photos and full face to see if it suits you, but from the picture, it seems possible and will be getting much prominent fancy look after the rhinoplasty.
