The use of cheek filler can certainly give natural results, although this is largely dependent on the amount and technique used (ie what plane(s) the filler is placed in). Assuming the same type of filler is used in both cheeks, they generally tend to break down at the same rate. Hyaluronic acid fillers can also be dissolved should any asymmetry remain.
