Regarding your problem, those lumps are fairly common after a fat transfer, and they won`t go away by just taking meds. They happen mainly because an area of the transfered fat doesn`t receive enough blood supply and it "dies", that is why it`s called fat necrosis. You need to have surgery to remove them so the pain and discomfort you have subside. It`s not a mayor surgery and it can be done with local anesthesia depending on if the lumps can be felt or not.
