This question is difficult to answer without an evaluation.&nbsp; This type of problem may be addressed with filler in the nasolabial fold or cheek.&nbsp; In an evaluation, the injector can manipulate the area in different positions to see which type of treatment would be the best for your face type.

I have had filler for my nasalobial fold but it didn't sort the problem, the fold is just as noticeable and plus it looks like my cheek got a bit like a lump due to the filler.. Could you advise my any treatments/clinics?

Unfortunately, some people can heal with dark marks or hyperpigmentation after liquid nitrogen.&nbsp; This type of reaction is impossible to predict.&nbsp; In almost all cases, these marks will fade over time.&nbsp; You can speed this process with the addition of a fade cream.&nbsp; For this type of discoloration retinol and hydroquinone (or a combination of the two) is a good choice.&nbsp;

I had 141 age spots treated with liquid nitrogen. But now the brown spots are bigger and darker than ever, some with a little pink spot in the center. My dermatologist said they will fade and I should exfoliate often but I look horrible. I was expecting nice pink skin after the crusting came off. How long will it take to get the nice new skin. I am being super careful with sun screen and clothing protection.

Great question! Botox is the best treatment for treatment of furrowing.&nbsp; It is actually facial muscles in the area which causes this effect.&nbsp; Botox weakens these muscles to soften and even eliminate this angry looking effect.&nbsp; I think you will be very pleased with this type of treatment.&nbsp; Good luck!

Great question! The proper placement of Botox can open up the eye and this effect can last for 3-6 months per treatment.

As we ago, we loose volume or fullness in the mid face area.&nbsp; Fillers in the cheek area can offer great benefit and improvement.&nbsp;&nbsp;Fillers commonly used in this are Perlane, Sculptra&nbsp;and Radiesse.&nbsp; Out of the three I prefer Perlane.

It appears that you have some scarring from your previous acne.&nbsp; Peels can help, but usually just the stronger type of peel (eg. TCA).&nbsp; In my experience you would be wasting your money on milder peels (glycolic or salicylic acid) or microdermabrasion.&nbsp; Another option is laser resurfacing.&nbsp; You should see a Dermatologist in your area to discuss treatment options.

Lines under the eyes can be cause from several things and their treatment will be different based on the cause.&nbsp; I would recommend and examination/consultation with a Dermatologist to discuss your treatment options.

Botox in the glabellar (frown) area weakens the eyebrow depressor muscles (which bring the eyebrows down and in).&nbsp; Treatment can definitely lift the eyebrows, but its effects on the spacing of the eyebrows is minimal in my experience.

Fillers are great treatment options to a more invasive implant surgery.&nbsp; Fillers used in the area are commonly Radiesse and Perlane (which is in the same family as Restylane).&nbsp; Radiesse lasts longer and can actually stimulate new collagen growth.&nbsp; Neither should preclude you from implants as an option in the future.

I have recessed cheekbones and a protruding jaw. I feel jaw surgery is too invasive and would like to bring the middle part of my face/my eyes forward through other means. What is the best temporary or permanent method to give definition to a face like mine? If I get something like Juvederm or Radiesse, will I still be able to get cheekbones down the line? What are some complications of cheek implants and how easily are they removed if something goes wrong?
