For starters, you still have a beautiful smile! There is some misalignment of your front teeth and there are some issues with the levels/heights of your front teeth. There is something called a smile arc, which simply means the edges of your top front teeth should follow the curve/arc of your lower lip. Additionally, if your smile is broadened and the front is wider, it will make for an even more esthetically pleasing smile. This can all be accomplished with any type of orthodontic treatment. With regards to your chin, this is not uncommon; however, the only correction for this would be surgical (like a genioplasty).

Without seeing x-rays to make a proper diagnosis, just from looking at these photos, I would likely recommend you extract the baby tooth, and either have an implant placed in that space (after more space is opened for proper esthetics) or move the adult canine back into its correct position and get an implant for the missing incisor. On the other side, we would open some space on both sides of the small incisor to move the tooth down (towards the bottom teeth) and then have a cosmetic dentist build up the small incisor with bonding/veneer. Orthodontic treatment would likely take 18-24 months. Make sure your orthodontist works closely with the cosmetic dentist to achieve the best results!

This is a straightforward correction. It is beyond fixing simply with a retainer; however, a few clear aligners, lower braces, or lower InBrace can have those teeth straightened in 6 months or less. After you complete your treatment I would recommend a bonded/permanent retainer to prevent this same situation again.

Your orthodontic treatment looks like it would range somewhere from 1 to 2 years, and you can definitely do lingual braces. Your arches need to be broadened and this will allow the front teeth to round out and retract/bring back your front teeth. Lingual braces can accomplish this if done correctly!

You can have your front teeth filed a little depending on how much enamel the teeth have, and then yes you absolutely can get permanent/bonded retainers on both the top and bottom. Consult with a local orthodontist!
