Dr. Krathen and his staff were absolutely wonderful! I was very pleased with the results from the fillers, being my first time. I was nervous that my lips would look abnormal but they ended up looking natural as he had promised. From entering his office and working with his kind assistants, to the cleanliness and order of his treatment room, all the way to the check out process – his office and professionalism is second to none.

Dr. Krathen is personable and professional. His bed side manner is top notch. He made sure I was comfortable before durning and after my Botox and filler injections. I was looking for a natural and refreshed look. And I achieved exactly that. I couldn’t be happier.

Dr. Krathen has an incredible bedside manner and put me at ease from the second I walked into the office. My skin was in desperate need of this laser treatment and I left his office looking noticeably younger. If you are on the fence about using a laser treatment on sunspots or other problem areas, don't hesitate to do it with Dr. Krathen, my skin felt completely refreshed after seeing him. He is the best. I highly recommend him!

terrible patient experience. Waited several weeks, whisked out the door in 5 minutes with a diagnosis made from looking at pictures that had been emailed to him previously. Has no bedside manner and acts condescending. Diagnosis was inaccurate, although he acted like I was crazy for not believing him. A second opinion from another dermatologist told me "no way" the diagnosis was accurate. I don't like docs billing insurance for a half hour or hour and essentially pushing you out the door in 3 minutes, and I like accurate diagnoses. Maybe thats just me.
