Dr Halls listened to all my concerns about my surgery and did his best to satisfy me with the outcome. I was treated with the upmost respect for my privacy in the office as well as hospital pre surgery examination.

I would like to start by saying that my experience started with Dr Halls’ office staff. They were so caring and helpful at every visit. Dr. Halls is an incredible doctor, I have heard stories from other ladies that have had similar procedures and thay didn’t have the excellent care that I did. My concerns have been addressed and answered in a professional way, I have had no pain, and my reconstructed breasts look beautiful.

Very professional, excellent surgeon. Personally, I would like to see a bit more compassion, but if it came down to compassion or surgeon excellence, hands down it would have to be his craft. He shares all the facts, good and bad, that you need to know, with excellent explanations.

This man is a artist kind and caring. I had to switch my insurance and said good bye to Dr Halls, his staff Gabriella ,Virginia and Allisonn. I cried as I left. Dr halls Saved my life at the ripe ollf Age of 54 and gave me beautiful breasts after a double Mastectomy. I wish everyone could meet this fantastic group and be a patient. You won’t be sorry and you will be well taken care of, I can promise you that.

My consultation with Dr Michael Halls was professional and efficient. He said I was a great candidate for a breast reduction and that it would take a few weeks for my insurance to approve. I called his office one week later to find out if there was anything I could do to expedite the process. I was transferred to Gabby. I had already had a negative phone conversation with her previously but still went through with the visit. The second time was no different. She was condescending, rude and downright mean. She told that my referral would be put at the bottom of the huge stack on her desk and that this was an elective surgery and I should’ve started the process earlier. She went on to say that their office specializes in cancer reconstruction and that I shouldn’t expect to get surgery anytime soon. She even said that she was going to have a talk with the doctor and tell him to stop spreading misinformation. Luckily I found a new doctor and his staff was so kind and caring. I can’t believe someone Gabby continues to have a job, I can’t be the first person to cry after speaking with her. She is definitely a dark cloud over the La Mesa office of Dr. Michael Halls.
