I went to Dr. Groth for a consultation in 2014. He said to come back in 10 years. In that time, I consulted with a handful of other Top Oculoplastic surgeons in both LA and NY. I waited 10 years and then decided to have my consultation with Dr. Groth again. They said it was a 1.5 year wait, so I added myself to the waitlist, and in 2025, I had another consult. Dr. Groth and his team were still so kind, positive, and professional. The office was beyond clean, and I felt very comfortable.

The surgeon is very hard to get into but because covid was still going on my appointment got moved up so I did the consultation and within two months I had the surgery. I did the upper and lower lids and although I did have a slight complication as I got a blood clot in my left eye where it just took that eye a lot longer to heal, everything came out as good as it could get.
