I am so sorry to hear about your experience.  The Obalon Balloon system is changing the lives of my patients and I hope that you and your doctor can get this figured out.  I would encourage you to be sure that you have taken the anti-nausea medication that is typically started the day before the procedure.  The only patients that I have had with vomiting during the procedure are those that did not do this.  Also, discuss with your doctor whether or not some anti-anxiety medication would be in order.  I would definitely give this another shot especially if you were able to swallow the placebo.

To start with you look great!  You do appear to be an ideal candidate for CoolSculpting.  You would need at least two treatments to get the result (I think) that you would be looking for.  Results are slower to appear versus liposuction but you don't have all downtime and CS is significantly less invasive. Cost can be comparable to liposuction depending on how many treatments and areas you actually need.  Typically, most practices will offer a free consult so take your time and find a practice and procedure that works for you. This is a common question.  Certainly the areas that you mention are prime areas for targeting in CoolSculpt.  CoolSculpting is a body sculpting procedure and should not be thought of in terms fat percentages (or body mass as it is also referred to).  Some patients with excessively large treatment areas would be better candidates for plastic surgery.   But, in answer to your question, if you have some trouble areas that you want addressed I would recommend getting with your local CoolSculpting practice for an evaluation to see if this is the right procedure for you.  Best of luck!

You look great!  Those very subtle things that you are noticing are present in everyone.  They what make you "you". There is nothing that I would recommend for you other than the basics:  healthy living (no smoking, exercise, balanced diet, avoid sun damage).  These will keep you looking young and healthy for a long time.  Best of luck to you!!!
