Thank you so much for you question and I appreciate you reaching out.  In truth, I recommend a complete Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quanitative examination to best anwer your question.  From you pictures it does appear that you have residual pelvic organ prolapse, therefore, a "Vaginoplasty" will not correct multi-compartment prolapse. 

I recommend that you either return to your surgeon that performed the surgery or search for a Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgeon to evaluate you. I would recommend a complete work up to make sure that you do not also have urinary and defecatory symptoms.

Thank you so much for your question. Urinary incontinence can be a complicated issue. There are multiple different types of incontinence and different causes of incontinence. The typical incontinence reported after childbirth would be “ Stress Incontinence”. This is the loss of urine with cough, sneeze, laugh, running, jumping etc. This is typically caused by a condition called Urethral hyper-mobility. Therefore, it is usually recommended to have a complete “ Urogynecologic” work up to determine the cause and what type of incontinence you have. However, since you are mainly interested in “ Vaginal Rejuvenation” to treat your incontinence, I would recommend the diVa. Why? Several vaginal laser systems have been studied and do have significant evidence that they improve urinary leakage. So many of the vaginal lasers will help. The reason I prefer the diVa is because of the hybrid nature of using two different lasers at the same time. The diVa laser can actually go deep enough into the Lamina Propria to treat the connective tissue ( supportive tissue). In addition, the diVa has the ability to do 360, 180, and 90 degree passes. This allows the provider to do a specific pass directly under the urethra.

As a urogynecologist, we certainly deal with women who struggle with vaginal changes after having a vaginal delivery and also over time as we get older. There are many things you can do to try to improve the overall health of the vagina as well as improve the tightness inside the vagina.
 
Sometimes the looseness may actually be at a vaginal opening and not quite inside the vaginal canal. And so, a good urogynecologic exam will help determine exactly where you're feeling the looseness and also identify your direct concerns. Urogynecologists have been using the diVa vaginal laser for many years now with excellent success. You see improvement of the overall health of the vagina as well as improvement in the laxity inside the vaginal opening. Vaginoplasty, obviously, is just a process of trying to bring the vagina back to a much more youthful state.
 
You also mentioned losing weight and the difficulty struggling with weight. That also sounds like it may be a hormonal imbalance. And so, certainly, I would recommend getting your hormones tested and see if you can get your hormones balanced. I hope this helps. Thanks and have a wonderful day.

 You've mentioned that you had low libido and no desire for many years, and first, I would like to offer to you that female sexual dysfunction is a multifactorial issue, and therefore, I would recommend having a complete workup for this. Certainly, female sexual dysfunction can be a hormonal issue, as you've mentioned.
 

Now, you started noticing this after being on a birth control, which is a hormonal treatment, that you were taking for contraceptive purposes, but hormonal imbalances certainly can play a huge role in female sexual function. In addition to that, you need to make sure that your vaginal anatomy is normal, that you're not struggling with any kind of issues that could be causing you painful intercourse. Painful intercourse is one of the leading reasons why patients have low libido and no desire because it actually hurts.

 
That being said, to answer your question, the O-Shot is very beneficial in significantly improving women's orgasm function as well as any kind of painful intercourse or urinary symptoms at the same time. So, to answer your question, the O-Shot certainly can help improve the sexual function. Therapies like the diVa vaginal laser also can significantly improve sexual function by improving the overall health of the vaginal canal.

Thank you very much for your question. There are several different ways of tightening the labia majora as well as improving the overall appearance of the labia minora. Obviously, the recommendation would be to have a consultation with your provider so that you could be evaluated and get the best treatment options for your specific condition or what seems to be bothering you the most.

 However, I will tell you some of the treatment options that are recommended. One would be using the broadband light, the BBL skintight procedure, which is using phototherapy to heat up the collagen underneath the vulva and does a fantastic job of tightening up the vulva. There's also doing the vampire wing lift. This is where you can use platelet-rich plasma to re-inject into the vulva to help create new collagen in that area to tighten up the vulva, the labia majora lips. At the same time, you can use some filling agent, such as Juvéderm. Of course, you still have the option of a labiaplasty. Now, oftentimes, labiaplasties are thought of as being primary to labia minora. However, you can also do a labia majora labiaplasty as well.
 
Those are three of the common treatment options that are out there. There are also fat transfer options if you're going to be doing liposuction at the same time. You could do fat transfer to the vulva to help bulk up the vulva as well.
