I’ve been a patient of Dr Contreras for many years! I refer to him as the “Renoir”of cosmetics as he is excellent! His assessment of my needs is always perfectly balanced. I admire and appreciate his ability to hear my concerns and guide me to a fabulous solution. He takes care of my yearly check ups for skin cancer and other skin concerns too. About Skin Dermatology where Dr Contreras practices has excellent facilities and support staff. I’ve used many of their other goods and services always being very happy and satisfied. Great Estheticians! Thank you Dr Contreras for always being present and available at my appointments. You’re #1 in my book!

Dr.Contreas just did my under eye fillers and I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER with the results!!! As a tired mom of 2 it just shows on my face even if I did sleep and it made me look and feel so old and I'm not!! Lol I live in NJ and after reading much about Dr.Contreas I decided to see him while visiting my sister in Denver. He was so thorough and he is a perfectionist to say the least! He took his time and wanted it perfect and I didn't bruise at all! Results were immediate but the real pay off was when I returned home and attended my kids bday party ALL my friends and I mean ALL kept saying how great and refreshed I look!! The results are amazing so if your like me and on the fence but tired of looking like a mombie DO IT!! Price was very reasonable too! Dr.Contreas is the physician to see! So meticulous and I will absolutely be back to see him again! Can't thank him enough!

Looking tired, noticing small lines around mouth and smile lines. I was afraid I wouldn't look like myself, took some time to research products and physicians. The results are great, my kids are too young to notice, my husband was concerned that I would look different. He thinks it looks very natural. I will absolutely do it again

Dr. Contreras at About Skin was absolutely wonderful. My skin was damaged due to years of eczema and rosacea. My daughter was getting married and I wanted to look my best. Dr. Contreras did filler under my eyes and on my cheeks and did 5 sessions with the non-ablative fractional laser. He also gave me a topical at home regimen. the results were remarkable. I teach adults and my new skin has given me more confidence. Dr. Contreras was a good listener and adjusted treatments to fit my work schedule. He is extremely talented, his nurses love him, and I will continue to go to him to keep my skin healthy and looking the best it can for someone my age. I am extremely happy with the results and I give Dr. Contreras my very highest recommendation!

I have had rosacea for 20 years and have tried every medication and treatment for it during that time. We moved to Colorado almost 2 years ago and the intense sun out here sent it right into major flaring pretty constantly, despite being on oral medication and using a topical medication. My wonderful dermatologist out here, Dr. Michael Contreras, with About Skin Dermatology in Lone Tree, CO suggested some Cynergy laser treatments. I was skeptical as I had had some laser treatments back in Virginia that didn't only not seem to help, but I thought they made it worse. He convinced me to try them and I am so very glad I did. I did four initial treatments beginning last summer about a month apart and just completed the first maintenance treatment 3 weeks ago. I will be doing one treatment every 6 months. What a difference in my skin!!! No more redness and flushing and even the burning and stinging have gone away. My skin looks great and I'm even getting compliments on it. I am also using Oracea and a topical called Aczone in conjunction with the laser and I believe my skin looks the best it has in a very long time. Thank you, Dr. Contreras. Dr. Contreras is one of the best doctors I have ever met. I immediately liked him from my first appointment. He is thorough, intelligent, articulate and well-informed. I have received multiple laser treatments and injections from Dr. Contreras and my results are always amazing and very natural. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Contreras. So glad I found him!

I was a patient of Dr. Contreras a couple of weeks ago. He injected Juvederm filler in my hands and he also did a laser treatment (IPL) to get rid of age spots. I am very happy with the results; my hands now look much more youthful again. I thought the aged look of my 60 year old hands was something I had to live with until Dr. Contreras told me about using filler and laser treatment. I did not know this was even possible. I am so glad I did this. I have recommended Dr. Contreras to my friends.

I want to prevent further lines from developing in my glabella area and forehead. I received a botox treatment recently from Dr. Contreras and could not be more pleased with the results.  The placement and line minimiation are by far my best results in the 3 years that I have been getting botox in my glabella (the "11's) and forehead, from other doctors.
