Great bedside manner... Dr. Cash offered his services and aftercare questions anytime day or night regardless of the time. He is very professional and he did a great job with my breat reduction surgery.
I have suffered from the pain of large, full, heavy breasts for my whole adult life. I wanted to have this surgery when I was younger and was advised not to, as if I had children later they may grow larger. Well with each pregnancy my breast did in fact grow larger and heavier. Dr Michael Cash has given me a chance to experience my life with less physical pain. Choosing to have my breast reduction surgery was a turning point for point for me. I am still in the healing phase. However so far I am pleased with what I see, and I hope to continue to be once I heal.
Earlobe surgery is something I do often and it is a procedure done in the office in about 30 minutes. I have found that it is difficult to reposition the piercing hole without closing the hole that is either stretched out or in the wrong position. In some cases a simple closure may be adequate, however sometimes it can be more involved. Consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon will help get you the exact answers you are looking for.
First of all thank you for your service! Recovery from breast reduction can be about 4-6 weeks. However, returning to full activity is reasonable by 4 weeks. I try to have my patients limit high impact activities (running specifically) for about 3-4 weeks. The limitation in activity simply has to do with the pressure that may be placed on the incisions, possibly impacting healing negatively. I hope this helps and good luck!
Often the concern with combining a breast lift and the placement of the implant is the limitation of the size of the implant that can safely be placed. Staging the procedures (meaning doing the breast lift first, recovering, and then returning to surgery to place the implant) can allow for a much larger implant to be placed without the risk of nipple necrosis or wound healing concerns. A larger implant placed at the time of the breast lift can place tension on the incisions, limiting the blood supply and causing wound healing issues. Spending time in consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon (by the American Board of Plastic Surgery) will allow you to get the safest and hopefully pleasing outcome!
I typically recommend that if you plan to have children within a year, to wait until after you have children. However, if it is going to be longer than that its very reasonable to a breast augmentation. It is true that the breast tissue will change after you have children. Even if you do not breast feed the breast tissue enlarges and often shrinks after due to the milk production. This will likely change the shape of the breasts and can change how they look even with the implants in place. In this case, a breast lift may be needed to reposition the breast tissue more appropriately on the implants. I hope this helps!
Botox results can take 10-14 days to see the full affect. If your not seeing results at the 2 week mark I would go back and see your provider.
